2. Remove before showering, swimming, applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products to avoid tarnish.

3. Store with care, preferably in an anti-tarnish pouch to minimize exposure to air and humidity.

4. Clean with a soft polishing cloth, or a mix of vinegar, warm water, and baking soda. Dry with a microfiber towel.

5. Avoid harsh chemicals.

6. Professional polish no more than three times in your jewelry lifetime.

7. Regularly ensure your screw is fastened. Do not over-tighten as it can wear on the threading.

Shipping

Because it is handcrafted and made-to-order, your piece will take 3-4 weeks to complete, and then we will ship it to you via complimentary USPS expedited shipping. A signature will be required.

You will receive a tracking number and you can easily track your order in our portal.

Returns

As a small brand specializing in made-to-order pieces, we cannot currently offer returns on our jewelry.

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Size exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

On the extremely rare chance that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, simply send the piece back to us and we will either fix it and return it to you, or send you a brand new one.
