Absolutely. Purchase a gift card here. If you request a return for store credit, that's made easy with our self-serve return portal.

If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to us ASAP at clientcare@zigleys.com.
We don't currently accept returns on hair care, sterling silver, or solid gold jewelry as they are handmade and made to order.
As a small business, we don't keep stock, so your purchase is created at the time you order it.
This makes it difficult for us to accept returns at this time for those products, but we look forward to offering it in the future.
Gold-plated jewelry can be returned within 30 days.
Size exchanges on any jewelry incur a 15% restocking fee.
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your jewelry is damaged due to a fault of our own, simply send it back and we will repair or replace it, free of charge.
We make the return and exchange process easy.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit our Returns Portal, enter your order details, and follow the step-by-step instructions to process your request.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and further instructions on how to return your item.
Please note the following return guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Size exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee

Below are some common questions about our products
Absolutely not. We don't use sulfates, silicones, parabens, or animal testing. We only use clean, safe, ethically-sourced ingredients in our hair care.
In most cases, you'll see and feel improvement immediately. However, you'll notice more significant improvements after 4-6 weeks of consistent use.
Our hair care is safe to be used daily, but its hydration is long-lasting so it isn't usually necessary. Most people use it 2-3 times per week or as needed.
Our hair jewelry is specifically designed for formed locs, braids, and twists.
Our jewelry is not suitable for loose hair styles or starter-locs that haven't loc'd yet.
If you're unsure, please do the comb test. Put the tail of a comb into your hair and try to run it down. If it's able to go down without your hair stopping it, you should not wear Zigleys.
Yes. To ensure we minimize our impact on the planet, we only use ethically-sourced, recycled gold and diamonds.

Jewelry has different care instructions depending on its material - meaning, whether it is solid gold, gold-plated, or sterling silver.
Please refer to the "Care Instructions" tab on each specific product page.
When you receive your jewelry, you will also receive a comprehensive list of care guidelines.
Solid gold jewelry is full 18-karat gold and can last forever while remaining beautiful and in tact.
Our gold-plated jewelry is 3 microns of 18-karat gold plated over brass metal.
Our plating is 3-6x thicker than standard gold-plating and lasts up to 10x longer without flaking, allowing you 5+ years of flawless wear.
Solid-gold pieces can be worn everyday, permanently, while remaining beautiful and tarnish-free.
While you can wear sterling silver jewelry and gold-plated jewelry everyday, they should be removed before certain activities to maintain their appearance overtime.
Please store your hair jewelry in your box or pouch when you're not wearing it.
Zigleys jewelry is slip-free when applied and maintained properly. When the screw is secured, the jewelry will not budge- even if you pull on it.

Absolutely. In the very unlikely case that your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we offer warranty and will either repair or replace it.
If you accidentally damage your jewelry or it needs maintenance, you can send it back to us and we will repair and send it back for a small fee.
