1. Wear it often, but protect it carefully.
Sterling silver loves to be worn. Your skin’s natural oils help keep it from tarnishing. But, remove your jewelry when swimming, showering, or applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products.
2. Store with care.
When you're not wearing your pieces, store them in a soft cloth or anti-tarnish pouch to minimize exposure to air and humidity, which can cause tarnishing over time. Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent scratches.
3. Clean gently.
A soft polishing cloth is your sterling silver's best friend! Gently rub the piece to remove any dirt or fingerprints. For deeper cleaning, a mix of vinegar, baking soda, and warm water can restore shine and remove tarnishing.
4. Avoid chemicals.
Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaners, bleach, or chlorine. These can dull the shine and may cause long-term damage. When using these products, store your silver safely away.
5. Give it a professional polish.
While at-home care keeps your silver stunning day-to-day, you may professionally clean up to three times to restore your jewelries brilliance.
6. Regular check hardware
If you have a cuff, regularly ensure your screw is tight as it can unintentionally loosen during hair manipulation, sleeping, or maintenance. Do not over-tighten your jewelry as this can wear the threading.

Zigleys jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order.
Your piece will take 3-4 weeks to complete, and then we will ship it to you via complimentary USPS expedited shipping. A signature will be required.
You will receive a tracking number.
Returns
As a small brand specializing in made-to-order pieces, we cannot currently offer returns on our jewelry.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. It may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

On the extremely rare chance that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, simply send the piece back to us and we will either fix it and return it to you, or send you a brand new one.
Absolutely. All of our pieces are unisex.
Yes. Silver tarnishes when exposed to water and other chemicals. Please remove it prior to these activities and store it safely in its box. If you want to leave your jewelry in during these activities, we recommend you select our gold hair jewelry instead.
